STAGING (4 Options)

• The occupied home with inventory: This option is for the agent/homeowner who has the basic furnishings, but may need added inventory to give the “wow” factor and fill in the missing furnishings/accessories.  Re-design services may be needed for this option, and will be priced by the hours needed to complete the job.
• The occupied home without inventory: This option is for the agent or homeowner that has all of the basic furnishings and accessories but needs our re-design service.  This service is priced by the hours needed to complete the job.
• The vacant home without recommendations:  This option is for the agent/homeowner who has a vacant property and needs furnishings and accessories to excite the buyer and turn a “home-browser” into a “home-buyer”.  This service is priced on the amount of furnishings and accessories needed for the job.
• The vacant home with recommendations: This option is for the agent/homeowner that has a vacant property that needs staging and recommendations to bring top dollar for the seller.  This option is priced for the staging and recommended improvements to get top dollar

Consultation Services (3 Options)

• Redesign We will meet with the agent/homeowner to address any design challenges and provide a detailed assessment with a checklist of items that need to be addressed before the listing of the property.  The seller is responsible for implementing the recommendations given, or our team of experts can implement the changes with or without the help of the homeowner.  This service is billed at an hourly rate.  We can   then come back and   showcase the property for an additional cost.
• Decorating Our designers can help you maximize your decorating dollars while preventing common and costly mistakes.  We can work with your existing furnishings and accessories or help you purchase new items to complete your home.
• Interior/Exterior Color
• For homes coming on the market: New paint is the most economical (300% return on investment) and desired feature for homebuyers for both interior and exterior.  The right choice can make a dark, dreary room appear fresher, lighter and brighter which will help showcase your homes’ interior features and appeal to the maximum number of buyers.
