Step #2 After you have scheduled your consultation, our decorator will meet you at the property, discuss your budget and create a proposal, based on your discussion and our decorators ideas on how the property will show the best. Step #3 After the proposal is finished we will e-mail or fax a proposal/contract for your review.  Once the contract is approved, we will schedule an install date. Step #4 Once the appointment has been made, our decorating team will install the furnishings to showcase the property’s best features and visually maximize the property’s square footage. Step #5 At this point, the property will be “market-ready.”
